This event represents a significant milestone in fostering new opportunities for strengthening institutional capacity in the areas of environmental protection, climate change mitigation, and Ukraine’s green post-war reconstruction.
The concept of the Green Academy is centered on the development of highly qualified professionals who will serve as the institutional backbone of Ukraine’s environmental sector in building a sustainable future. The Academy is envisioned not only as a means of enhancing professional competencies, but also as a platform for cultivating leadership qualities essential for influencing policy-making and implementation in the fields of environmental governance and green recovery.
The Green Academy will function as a hub of knowledge, expertise, and best practices for future leaders and specialists. The event is aimed at identifying and engaging interested stakeholders — from institutions and organizations to potential partners — who are prepared to contribute to the establishment and development of this initiative.
