Meeting of national climate negotiators’ team with Ukrainian delegates

A panel of Ukrainian negotiators will offer a candid, behind-the-scenes tour of COP30: how positions are built, compromises are struck, and what to watch as talks evolve across key tracks: transparency and reporting (ETF), Article 6 (markets and non-market approaches), the Global Goal on Adaptation, finance, loss and damage, just transition, and the Mitigation Work Programme (pre-2030 ambition, sectoral transitions, and cooperation).
