This session will explore how innovative insurance instruments, multilateral guarantees, and outcome-based financing can unlock large-scale private capital for Ukraine’s clean energy and infrastructure recovery, while creating a model for post-conflict reconstruction finance applicable to other crisis-affected regions.
It will examine how cooperation among multilateral development banks (MDBs), export-credit agencies, and private reinsurers can de-risk climate-aligned investment and build a global framework for “resilient finance”.
