Eco-industrial Parks in the Context of Sustainable Development

Ukraine has become the first country in Europe and the second in the world to adopt a national standard for eco-industrial parks. Eco-industrial parks are becoming platforms for attracting investment, implementing innovations, and fostering regional development within the framework of a just transition.
The discussion will bring together representatives of the Government of Ukraine, UNIDO, SECO, the business community, and the scientific sector. Participants will discuss how international standards for eco-industrial parks are being integrated into national strategies, which incentives are most effective for green investors, and what role innovation plays in shaping a new industrial ecosystem.
